Your Hyundai Tucson wiper blades can be replaced easily with no tools.

You should replace the wiper blades on your 2006 Hyundai Tucson at least once a year. Inspect the blades regularly for cracking or damage. You should replace the wiper blades as soon as you begin to see any drying or damage. You will need to obtain the replacement blades for your Tucson from a Hyundai dealership as they are designed with a slightly different wiper blade connection than standard blades.

Difficulty: Easy

Instructions

  1. 1

Lift the wiper arm up off the windshield. Flip the wiper blade up so that it is perpendicular to the wiper arm.

  2. 2

Pull the wiper blade assembly toward you and away from the clip on the wiper arm. The clip secures the blade assembly to the arm and the assembly will pull free from the clip.

  3. 3

Align the new wiper blade on the wiper arm and insert the clip into the opening on the top of the wiper blade assembly. The blade assembly will click when locked securely into place. Repeat the process on the other wiper.

Tips & Warnings
